McAndrews Rd. An inspiring yet cosy, timber framed, strawbale home. It has a european-inspired cruck style timber frame, will be earthen plastered inside and out.

WEBB RESIDENCE This house is a hybrid timberframe. The south wall is timber and supports the roof trusses, while the north wall is framed using what we call box studs, which are buried in the strawbale walls.

POLEY RESIDENCE A lovely timber frame cottage. Locally harvested pine timber was usedto frame this full house. It features timber valleys and a purlin roof. We also built the nice staircase.

WINTERGREEN We helped Camel’s Back with the plastering on this job. Wintergreen run all sorts of different workshops, you can check them out from the links page.

MURRAY-KERR GUEST HOUSE We built this little cabin in the fall of 2007. We got it plastered and closed in the week before the snow came and never left. It is a hybrid timberframe/strawbale, with a timber framedporch.

LOWRY RESIDENCE Red oak timber frame truss roof system of locally harvested timber. King post with struts, live-edged scissor, and arched brace trusses, with purlins. Strawbale construction. Spectacular!

CLARKE RESIDENCE A stick framed, well insulated, well sealed, cosy addition. It has a full basement and a root cellar to store the bounty of the garden.

BAILEY RESIDENCE We worked on every aspect of this house, from the ground to the arched roof and back down again. It is a full timberframe with strawbale wrap. We have since added a timber porch, sunroom, and addition.

KRIS & HEIDI'S PLACE On-going renovations on this log farmhouse. The summer kitchen that was a woodshed has been transformed into a dining area with a porch with timber framed roof support. Earthen plaster to be applied over existing accordion lath.
