A stick framed, well insulated, well sealed, cosy addition. It has a full basement and a root cellar to store the bounty of the garden. Whenever possible we used local materials and minimal finishes. Floors are white pine, the exterior is white cedar, both are from a local mill. Also a rustic woodshed was built with cedar taken from the property. A nice addition to the exisiting landscaping.
We acted as general contractors on this job and did all the carpentry.
